The Villa Livia is situated in a beautiful English park directly above the ‘Mill Colonnade’ (Mlýnská kolonáda). Livia represents the original spa architecture of the end of the 19th century, the so-called ‘Golden Age’, a period in which the facades of the most beautiful quarters of Karlovy Vary were formed.
The hotel offers first class accommodation in exclusive seven, stylishly furnished, luxurious apartments that offer both the comfort and atmosphere of the town’s ‘golden age’. The windows of the estate offer views into the most charming parts of the town.
