SPA Hotel Venus 

Venus Hotel consists of three buildings, older than 100 years. The hotel has been opened in April 2001 after it was successfully altered into a four-star hotel. It has 6 floors, 49 double-bed rooms, and 4 apartments - total number 106 beds. Venus Hotel is located in the heart of the spa area, only few steps to the Mill Colonnade and the Garden Colonnade. Hot springs, other balneologic features, and exclusive shopping centers are located near the hotel. Guests of the spas can arrive to the hotel by their own vehicles, or by the public transportation.

Infrastructure: Pool: Indoor swimming pool (7x4m) – open daily from 7AM till 9AM and from 1PM till 7PM. Sauna, solarium, exercise room. Restaurant: Café-bar, restaurant, dance nights. Facilities: Guarded parking lot in Thermal Hotel (3 € a day).

The elevator can bring you to our comfortably equipped and very calm rooms, with standard facilities, as TV-Sat-Radio set, minibar, room safe, telephone, hair-dryer, and many more niceties to make your stay pleasant. Total number of rooms in the hotel is: 53, of which 47 double rooms, 4 apartment suites, 2 rooms for disabled. In each room there are: Modern bathrooms with shower or bathtub, facilities, telephone with direct line, minibar, TV set with satellite channels (Russian ORT, RTV, RTR), safe, hairdryer, bathrobes. Slippers can be bought at reception (2.50 Euro). Rooms for smokers. Beds for children are available on request. Internet connection at reception. Rooms are cleaned: daily. Change of linens: 2 times a week. Change of towels: Daily.

The hotel restaurant offers capacity of 90 seats according to clients' demand, with dance-floor in the middle. Lunches and dinners are prepared according to the daily menu. Our guests can choose their meal according to taste, with respect to their diet programs. Each dish can be added with salad buffet. Our guests can spend their free afternoons at our sunny terrace. For the end of the day there is a pleasant time and music offered at our lobby bar. Board: General information: Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are served in the restaurant of the hotel. Breakfasts are served in the buffet form. Lunches and dinners a la carte – choice from 4 types, comprising dietetic one. Free choice of salads and soft drinks at lunch and dinner. Breakfast: 7.00-10.00 - buffet. Lunch: 12.00-14.00. Dinner: 17.30-19.30.

Initial and follow up medical examination by our physician, drawing up the individualized treatment plan, final medical report, daily thermal mineral water drinking therapy, 15 curative procedures per week recommended by our physician, common laboratory tests and resting EKG.
Accommodation at 4 stars hotel, local tax, full board - wide choice of variety diet meals by physicianґ s advise, chilly and warm drink during each meal. Safe in the room, bathing gown for loan, free entry to our indoor pool incl. whirlpool, welcome drink. Compulsory additional charge – Christmas Eve 30 euro, New Year’s Eve 60 €.

Treatment services: Hotel has its own balneological department with complete range of treatment services. Treatment is available daily: Monday – Friday from 7AM till 4PM, Saturday from 07.30AM till 12 AM, Sunday – closed.
